PURCHASE FINISHED:

When the payment is effective, you will receive an email from carlos.celaya@alepadron.com with the order number.
All the information will be handled around that order number: Status, Withdrawal, Claims, etc.

 

SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME

Typically, your orders are processed, packed and ready for next day delivery. We do not work on weekends, so if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, we will start processing it on Monday morning. (Argentina Standard Time). Please note that during peak business periods there may be short delays due to extremely high order volumes.

All orders are processed and shipped from our logistics department in Argentina-Buenos Aires

When your order has left the facilities for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email. Packages are picked up daily around 5 p.m. Argentina time. Orders for Argentina are collected by Andreani and a motorized vehicle for internal shipments from CABA. DHL collects and handles all international orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

At Alepadron we try to avoid even the slightest mistake or typo that could mean that your delivery is delayed, or even returned ... Therefore, please, check that you have provided us with the correct address when placing your order.

Delivery times vary a bit depending on the country and how far you are from the capital. All Alepadron deliveries are shipped from Argentina. For your information, all shipping time guidelines that we provide on the website are based on estimates provided by our logistics partners.

We will do our best to have your order leave Alepadron within 1 to 2 business days, although in case of overload, packages may take a little longer to arrive, especially during the busiest shopping periods (particularly at Christmas and in the periods of big sales). If no one is home when your order arrives, local postal regulations will apply.

Shipments are made by DHL, and you can follow the delivery process step by step using the Tracking link that will arrive by mail from the page. Upon being received by DHL, the order will begin to update its route until it finally reaches the door of your home.

If the case of not receiving the package or not removing it from the branches until the times expire, the forwarding costs will be charged again to the customer
In case of loss, if the guarantee of the package is valid, an agreement will be reached with the client for the resend or refund of the order

 

Import duties and taxes
Although this does not occur in all shipments, international orders may incur VAT (Value Added Tax) and Income Duties (import tax) as established by the Customs Service of the destination country. Depending on the country in which your package will be sent, and the value of your order.

Any manufacturing defect or incomplete order we will immediately ship the missing / damaged part
